Dear Team Families,

We wanted to share an important update with our VForce team families. Brian and Mikaya will be stepping away from VForce. We wish both of them and their family nothing but the very best in their next chapter and truly appreciate the time, energy, and care they have given to our athletes and program.

While transitions are never easy, our priority continues to be — and always will be — the best interest, growth, and success of our athletes.

We understand that change can bring questions, but please know we are committed to providing consistency, support, and a positive training environment as we move forward. Tammi will remain with us through the end of the summer to help provide stability during this transition.

In addition, we will be utilizing our Development Program coaching team to ensure athletes continue receiving strong instruction, preparation, and support heading into the upcoming season. Our coaching staff is already working together on planning, athlete development, and preseason preparation to help make this transition as smooth as possible for the girls.

We truly care about each athlete and family in our program and remain dedicated to helping our gymnasts grow not only in gymnastics, but also in confidence, resilience, and teamwork.

Thank you for your continued trust, support, and belief in VForce. We are excited for the future and confident in the direction of our program.
