We’re excited to officially introduce Coach Lindsey to our V Force family!

Coach Lindsey brings 22+ years of competitive dance experience along with cheer and tumbling training, plus 10 years of coaching experience across multiple disciplines. She has trained and coached jazz, hip hop, ballet, lyrical, tap, contemporary, cheer, tumbling, and recreational gymnastics.

After her competitive career, Lindsey danced professionally and continues to sharpen her skills through ballet training. She is incredibly detail-oriented, focusing on everything from head to toe, with specialties in choreography, routine clean-up, posture, and proper body positioning.

Her favorite part of coaching is investing in the whole athlete, helping gymnasts feel confident both in and out of the gym. 💪✨

Coach Lindsey is currently studying to become a USAG judge, and we’re thrilled to have her growing and learning alongside our athletes!

Outside the gym, she’s also a talented photographer and owner of OohSnap Photography, specializing in dance and children’s photography. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her cheering on her daughter at Xcel Gold, supporting her son at archery practice, homeschooling, or enjoying family movie and game nights.
