🔥 Deck of Cards Conditioning Game
How to play:
•	Assign 4 exercises, one for each suit.
•	Shuffle a deck of cards.
•	Flip one card at a time.
•	Do the exercise for that suit, for the number of reps shown on the card.
•	Face cards (Jack, Queen, King) = 10 reps.
•	Aces = 1 rep.
